My approach
We’ll start with a non-binding intake session. Together we will work out precisely what your coaching question is and – importantly – get a feel for whether we are a good fit for each other. If it turns out we are not a good match, I can recommend you a trusted fellow practitioner if you wish.

Your coaching programme at Clarity Lab
If you decide to embark on a coaching programme at Clarity Lab, the first thing to do is sort out some practicalities, like the number of sessions, our preferred meeting location, possible approaches, and so on. And of course we will define your goals. If you decide not to follow my Clarity Lab programme, you will not be charged for the introductory session.
How many sessions will I need?
Experience shows that a programme of 4 to 8 sessions is usually sufficient. Each session lasts 60 minutes.

Where is Clarity Lab?
My main practice is in Amsterdam in Kolenkit neighborhood.
I am also a member of Het Coachhuis (The Coach House), which offers workspaces around the country for coaching sessions. It means we can also choose to do our sessions in Hilversum or other towns and cities.
It may also be an option to meet at your workplace, depending on the location and available facilities.
