My name is Danuta Zoledziewska. My journey to personal growth began when I was struggling at work. I decided to follow a coaching programme and discovered what a powerful and transformational experience it could be.
Through pain, shame and fear as well as curiosity, calm and solace I have learned to look at myself and to pay attention to myself. I repeatedly dived into my past in search of answers. I learned that I’m not yet ‘done’– and never will be. I learned it’s not possible to resolve everything, and that acceptance is also a form of resolution.
About me

I was born in a small town in Poland and moved to the Netherlands at the age of 21. Over the years, I explored different jobs and training opportunities, eventually becoming a film archivist, a role that immersed me in the stories of people from the past.

Later, I trained to become a coach, a profession that also connects me daily with the personal histories of others. What draws me to both archival work and coaching is the way we approach the past. What we include—or leave out—in the stories we tell about ourselves can shape our lives in profound ways. Why do we remember some things and forget others, and how do they continue to influence us?

I have created a space where my clients can open their personal archives. Together, we explore what to carry forward, what to leave behind, and what simply needs a gentle dusting.
Are you curious about what that space could mean for you?
I am curious about you.
